A fully integrated module that provides a single source of all individual and portfolio property related data, information and documentation for our clients, including:
- a holistic view of all investor activities, properties and portfolio data and information. It also provides detailed analysis in order to conduct risk, financial and performance assessments at property and portfolio levels.
- real time analysis capability related to a client’s portfolio: revenue, defaults, affordability, liquidity, credit impacts, risk profile and investor strategy alignment – and more.

Investment Channel (IC)
The Investment Channel provides our clients with independently analysed, assessed and directly sourced investment properties that are solely made available to our investor community.
Our methodology provides unique insights into the anticipated investment transaction and allows our clients to assess and compare multiple investment opportunities against their existing portfolio in real time.
The data and information is tailored and structured specifically to inform the investment decision making process.
PIES Key Features:
Property Purchase (PP)
The Property Purchase module allows purchase agreements to be digitally signed by all relevant parties.
This includes documentation tracking and versioning functionality in order to manage amendments to the OTP.
The purchase agreement is directly routed to relevant parties who manage the registration and transfer processes.
PIES Key Features:
Transaction Funding (TF)
The Transaction Funding module routes all mutually agreed purchase agreements directly to mortgage lenders in order to provide clients with optimal finance options for their investment transactions.
If the client selects one of the provided options, the application process proceeds via the lenders’ internal application process. All related documentation is safely stored and easily accessible within the client’s property folders within the PMT module.

Transaction Registration (TR)
The Transaction Registration module integrates process capabilities into all relevant service providers to ensure clients are timeously informed of all relevant transaction related statuses and/or items requiring action.
All related documentation and artefacts are safely stored and easily accessible throughout the registration process. Registration progress updates are integrated directly into the clients aggregated Portfolio Health within the PMT in order to highlight impacts to existing positions.
PIES Key Features:
Portfolio Administration (PA)
The Portfolio Administration module is a holistic management platform for all individual properties which are under lease within the client’s portfolio. Functionality includes lease agreement management, invoicing and management statements, payment reconciliation, maintenance lifecycle management, legal and professional services integration, integrated marketing and notification management.
The Portfolio Administration module provides comprehensive distribution management and execution capabilities to assist clients to effectively distribute their investment properties to either other investors, or end user purchasers. All activities and KPI reporting are managed through the platform and integrated into the client’s overall Portfolio Health position.

Andrew has developed his passion, drive and vision to corporatise the residential property investment sector, due to his extensive background in Banking, Risk Management, Corporate Governance and Regulatory Compliance as well as Project and Programme Management. Andrew has a considerable track record in sourcing, executing, and managing investment transactions both locally and internationally. Andrew established the Vertical Investment Group in 2016 with the core objective of designing, developing, and implementing the Property Investment Ecosystem (PIES). PIES is a single platform that enables residential property investment, and transitions the asset class into a lucrative, sustainable and competitive alternative which ensures that it gets a seat at the table alongside other more traditional investment asset classes during the holistic investment decision making process.

Deon is a problem solver at heart and loves a challenge. These fundamental drives have seen him move from manufacturing to banking to consulting. He has fulfilled roles in control, risk, advisory and various project and program management engagements. Deon conceptualised the PIES solution with Andrew, which has been the life blood of the VIG journey.
Deon is a relationship builder and takes the lead with new clients and other business relationships. His pragmatic and systematic approach is a key asset to the organisation.
